Chef Gunther Hubrechsen, the visionary behind Gunther’s, a renowned French restaurant in Singapore, began his culinary journey in his hometown of Belgium, where he pursued professional training from an early age. In 1998, he refined his craft under the mentorship of Chef Alain Passard, developing a deep appreciation for natural ingredients and vegetable-inspired cuisine.
